halting power on rp4440

When I run :-
shutdown -yh 0
as root from / directory the server shuts down but does not go to standby mode, i.e the power is still on with a solid green light. Is there a gsp command to halt power as well as the server. My rp 8420 and 3440 both power down with this command.

The GSP command is PE

Here you can choose to power OFF / power on

On the very rare ocassions that we shut ours down we have to press the power button for a while.

More like a K class shutdown.

It would be nice for them to just power off.

I'm not aware of any GSP command that switches off.

I made a mistype with cell board based servers

PC (Power Control) will let you turn off power from the GSP console (soft power-off). You can check the state of the physical power switch and power state of the system generally by issuing the PS (Power Status) command from the MP/GSP console.

so what were saying is that there is no way of halting the power on the rp4440 with changing something in gsp?

is there any other way as the shutdown -yh 0 command does halt power? maybe a config when you interrupt boot?

seems strange that halting power with shutdown command doesn't really halt power, unlike other models.
