At first look is it most likely to be a hardware error pertaining to a "Processor Memory bus directed fault". Suggest if you have a support contract for this server, place a call and get a hardware engineer to look at it.

5007 or 500D (for Dx50 only)
Bus Transaction errors. HSC bus error (or HPPB bus on AP card). Replace I/O cards on GSC.
For D250/D350, replace AP card.
If problem persists, contact the Response Center

Here is the information about the error :
Symptom :
Chassis code 5xxx For Dx50
5007 or 500D
Cause :
Bus Transactions errors. HSC bus
error (or HP-PB on AP card).
Action :
1. Replace system/Core I/O card.
2. Replace I/O cards on GSC.
3. Replace Processor/Memory card.
4. For D250/D350 replace the AP card.
5. If the problem persists, call the Response Center.
I refer you to call HP Response Center for this issue for details troubleshoot.
