please post the ioscan -fnCfc, ioscan -fn and ioscan -fnCdisk O/Ps.
assumedly you are able to see the Alternate paths also.

No problem here.
You see also many LUNs from an EVA as NO_HW, maybe LUNs are unpresented.
If you reboot the server, all the EVA disks will be gone.

Reboot the server and you will see only your 8 disk devices from your DS2405.
