memory upgrade on 9000/800/N4000

I need to know the type of memory cards DIMMs used on this model (part numbers/size) so I can see I can use other servers memory to upgrade this model.

Re: memory upgrade on 9000/800/N4000

Hello,

Memory : all memory is high density SyncDRAM memory module (2 DIMM slots).
A3763A: 512 MB (2 DIMM slots)
A4923A: 1024 MB (2 DIMM slots)
A5864AX: 2048 MB (2 DIMM slots)

A4882A: Memory Carrier - capacity for 4 modules (max 4). Be aware that 1 memory module = 2 Dimm slots, 8 slots per carrier

Hope this helps,
