how to create n-par along with firmware upgrade?can anybody tell me simply steps along with commands??

Depending on the type of server you should consider to ask HP support to upgrade the servers firmware.
For configuring nPars you should refer to
man parmgr
or use the system management homepage as GUI
your.server.i.p:2301/parmgr
Have at look at nPartition Administrator's Guide:
