n4000 is panicking frequently

N4000 running 11.11 has been panicking for no reason. No errors in syslog and no EMS events.

shutdownlog shows:
reboot after panic isr.ior

log a call with your local HP Response Centre, get the dump analysed

You have an HPMC (high priority machine check) error on your server. Open a call with HP support for assistance. Most likely a serious hardware failure has occurred (CPU, I/O interfaces, Memory etc.)

Looks like you have to replace system board.

Can you please give more details on why it's the system board and not one of the CPUs?
