old HP FTP & web sites

I have been trying to get some information that I know to have been available prior to the merger with compaq. Does anyone know what happened to these former ftp & web sites and the documentation they contained? Here are the sites: ftp://hpfesmax.cup.hp.com

Basically I'm looking for doc's on the v-class teststation Hardlogger/HPMC info, info on the old predictive support, and V-class HPMC decoders also any info on the V-class teststaion software. any help would be great.
