power supply check

Hi,

I want to check my servers powersupply status from OS level.It is hp-ux 11.11i os on rp3440 server.what is the command????

login to the MP and issue this command

ps

this will give you power and fan status

Or install ems and do a full check (its free)

HI Arun,

You can check your hardware status from either MP or OS.

For OS you need to install EMS software,if you have installed then go through the below link.
http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/ems/ems_test.htm#begin

BTW you can easily check power supply and FAN status with the help of MP.
