Yes, you can install 2 x 36GB drives in all 9000/J boxes:

J7600 workstation - LVD SCSI type drives
J7000 workstation - LVD SCSI type drives
J6750 workstation - LVD SCSI type drives
J6700 workstation - LVD SCSI type drives
J6000 workstation - LVD SCSI type drives
J5600 workstation - LVD SCSItype drives
J5000 workstation - LVD SCSI type drives
J2240 workstation - WSE / Ultra SCSI type drives
J282 workstation - FWD SCSI type drives
J280 workstation - FWD SCSI type drives
J210 workstation - FWD SCSI type drives
J210XC workstation - FWD SCSI type drives
J200 workstation - FWD or WSE Ultra type drives
