re : reflexion help

Hi Guys,
Can someone help, I have two users using reflexion x terminal session to connect to a G40 with 10.20 install . Somehow or rather everytime they are using the session half way, they are being kick-off from the session and they have to reboot the server in order to re-login to the session. Can someone advice how can I resolve this problem. Thanks in advance

It's Reflection X (no "x" in the middle :)
formerly from WRQ, now from Attachmate.

Many questions...

1. did it used to work? (if so, what changed?)

2. what version of Reflection X?

3. how are you connecting the Reflection X
to the G40? (e.g., broadcast DCMP or ???)

4. are you trying to login via CDE, or ?

5. have you checked the various error logs?
(e.g., if you're using CDE, ~/.dt/errorlog )

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. is WRQ reflection connected through RS232 on seral link with more than one system connected. Anyway, I amnaged to resolved the problem it is due to the 10.20 user license after upgrading the license it work fine. By the way, are you familiar with OKI dot matrix printer when I connect it using RS232 it cannot print I don't seems to be able to get the correct emulate driver for this printer can help???
