Thanks for the info, I managed to upgrade the PDC firmware to 17.009. But, can I check what is the file name for upgrading the pdhc firmware.

Can anyone help, I'm trying to upgrade the firmware for PDHC from 2.002 to 2.004 but apparently after 2 attempts of upgrading the firmware with file sinc204..bin which reflected on the screen successful, when i run CM>sysrev it still show 2.002 . Kindly advice ...

Where can I find the firmware for drain 1.001 coz the latest version is 1.1.0 and it cannot be upgraded ?? Kindly help

Attach is the ouput from my server for your referrence. Kindly advice how can I upgrade the firmware in bold. But, in order to upgrade the firmware for drain, I need to upgrade OSP to 1.1 . i thought I can use the new firmware 1.2 to flash it but it fail . Kindly advice???

You need to follow step by step.
If you say "but failed" this is not helpful.
Consider to tell more details (capture your output!).
For the OSP update you need to refer to the instructions of an older version, e.g. version 5.0 (don't do the 5.0 upgrade, just read the 5.0 notes!)

Thanks for the info, I believe I need to use scree board to upgrade the osp firmware. Unfortunately I dont have, but than can I check if the osp is residing on which part of the server?? And if I have cell board upgraded with 17.009 firmware , can it be use, is the cell board the same across the rp84xx server. please advice
