After restarting a server,I have found out aformentioned entry in shutdownlog.

If it is current, you should open a case with HP and let them investigate. If it is old, and hasn't occurred again recently I don't know that I would worry too much.

SolutionLooking at the reboot entry in shutdownlog will not confirm the cause ..
1. Check if the entry is latest
2. Check if you have any ts99 file entry in /var/tombstones with latest entry of this date if so upload the same here.
3. Check if you have any crash dump occured with latest timestamp in /var/adm/crash
4. Entries in OLDsyslog.log
Best Regards,
Prashanth

1. "swlist -l product | grep PH"
2. dmesg output
3. OLDsyslog.log last few lines
Thanks
