What was the date/time of this entry? Is it current or is it old?

If it is current, you should open a case with HP and let them investigate. If it is old, and hasn't occurred again recently I don't know that I would worry too much.

could be a software panic. if the panic is just before the last reboot, check the /var/adm/syslog/OLDsyslog.log file. if it's a panic due to hardware, check the file with the similar date as the panic event in the /var/tombstones directory.

Hi Mehul,

Looking at the reboot entry in shutdownlog will not confirm the cause ..

1. Check if the entry is latest
2. Check if you have any ts99 file entry in /var/tombstones with latest entry of this date if so upload the same here.
3. Check if you have any crash dump occured with latest timestamp in /var/adm/crash
4. Entries in OLDsyslog.log

Hello Mehul,

1. "swlist -l product | grep PH"

2. dmesg output

3. OLDsyslog.log last few lines

Thanks
