redundant power supply on HP9000 D390 ?

hi ,
i need to know if the redundant power supply on D390 is the same as the original one ? or its a different power supply ?

The D390 doesn't have a redundant power supply. it only has a single pc-type power supply.

While it wouldn't address the issue of a power supply failing, you could put a UPS in front of the D390 to at least lessen the chances of going down unpleasantly if power fails.
