rp7410 - Two way server @ 850Mhz does not access two drives out of the four drives option. Is this a licensing issue or a hardware issue, we have two servers and both are like this.

Do you have 2 cells and 2 MPs installed?
Without you cannot access all 4 disks.

It's probably a hardware configuration issue.
Please see Figure 1-3 on page 28 of the rp7405/7410 User's Guide:

Note how the disks are connected from the disk backplane to MP/SCSI and LAN/SCSI boards. To access all the disks, you need to have two MP/SCSI boards, i.e. two Core I/Os.
If you have just one Core I/O (which seems likely in a two-way configuration), there is no way to access all the disk slots.

I've only 1 cell board. So in order to access 4 drives i need to order another cell board.
