So I'm guessing the FF in the SOURCE DETAIL is telling which fan is bad. I'm not sure which one.
There are 4 fans in the power supply/fan assembly. However, none of them will spin up. I do not know if that is related to one fan being out or there are actually more than one bad fans.
Any one have any ideas? I need to order a replacement part but do not want to do it by trail and terror.

SolutionThe following are fan fail codes.
0x002008646300405F FAN0_FAIL
0x002008646301405F FAN1_FAIL
0x002008646302405F FAN2_FAIL
0x002008646303405F FAN3_FAIL
0x002008646304405F FAN4_FAIL
0x002008E663FF405F ShutDown_InsufficientFANs
Note: I think your posting is wrong because I see more than 16 digit hex code.
If your error code is 0x002008E663FF405F then it could be more than one fan failure. From GSP list all the error logs (SL & e)and post here, also your firmware version.
If you have HP support better to contact support.

Re: rp2405 with a bad fan
It seems that is a known issue with rp24xx servers,The cpu fan will stop, and the server will hang, only option is to remove the power cord and restart the server,to illuminate this problem u have to inform yr HP support to fix the problem .

Re: rp2405 with a bad fan
This system is not under maintenance so I can not get help from HP. The power supplies and fans are in a single assembly so at least I will not be trying a bunch of different parts.
