rp2450 fault LED, and no console or GSP

P.s.,

the console port had seemed to not be working... that's resolved, too. The
SB25 connector isn't situated correctly,
having the bottom portion a bit too close to the edge of the knockout hole it's in.
As a result, an ordinary attempt at plugging
in the console cable appeared to work
but didn't actually make electrical contact.
By lifting up a bit on the connector, I was
able to make a solid connection and then
saw the console on my terminal (9600 baud).
