I have a rp2470 server. A few days ago, it sent a "temperature is too high" alert and halted. After rebooting, the server is working, but its Attention light is still light.
On 7410/8400 servers, after examine the chassis log in MP, the attention light will be turned off, but I don't know how to enter MP to turn off the light on rp2470. (I press CTRL+B to leave console, login at "Service Processor login: ", and then return to console again......cannot find a way to MP.)
Does anyone have any idea how I can turn off attention light on rp2470?
Regards
Lilia

SolutionLog on as above using CTRLB.
You will then be prompted to logon to the SP.
As long as the values are default, then press enter when prompted for username and enter again when prompted for password.
Then use DL, to display logs.
Once veiwed, the Attn light should go out.
