Re: rp3440 strange dump

Hi,

Look like there is hardware problem (not firmware) becuase HPMC encountered. Better to contact HP support. could be MAin board or CPU.

Re: rp3440 strange dump

Hi

Since the error points to HPMC it is related to the server hardware. The hardware might have caused this HPMC error code, you need to open a case with HP and maybe diagnostics maybe needed to be run.

Re: rp3440 strange dump

I know that this is hardware problem
but server run and there aren`t any diagnostic led's lihgt pr any buzzer beeps.
Problably CPU or MB are wrong.
There aren't any error log in syslog.
also STM show that CPU and MEM are good.
Diagnostic finish whitout problem.

Re: rp3440 strange dump

Ivajlo,
There should be a ts99 file in the /var/tombstone directory. Check the date on that file. You will want to send this file to HP to have them decode it.

Good Luck - Tim
