Re: rp5405 model

rp5405 system has a total of 10 PCI I/O slots available. To find out number of avaiable slots, run either one of this command and look how many are currently occupied:

# print_manifest (very detailed and structured information)
# ioscan -fn
# cstm (map command on the prompt)

For eg: On display, if it shows 3 I/O (SCSI, Network card etc) cards currently occupied, you will have 7 slots free.

Re: rp5405 model

Simon,

Many folks don't know this yet but you can use "rad -q" on your 11.11 system...

It will show you the actual PCI slots vis a vis the H/W path... ioscan -kfn will show you what are on the H/W paths...
