after having a look to the information provided, it seems that your system is panic'in at boot time.
Are you able to boot in single user or maintenance mode, ie:
Interact with IPL (Y, N, or Cancel)?> y
ISL>hpux -is
or
ISL>hpux -lm
?
I think the best option to get your problem troubleshooted would be to contact your local HP response center.

It seems one processor failed,could you exec co under BCH and then exec CPU ?It will display the configuration of CPU.
Meantime I have a issue ,Can we disable one processor(failed) and use another survival processor?Any advice is appreciated!

The system has runned normally.
