Simple answer - no. They are PCI slots.

Ok good. Problem is that I have a PCI-X HBA card(P/N A6826A).Can't I plug into the rp5450 server as it is PCI-X card?

I already got that. But I just wanted to know voltage compatibility. Card is operating 5.5 V , but I was unable to find the pci slot oparating voltage of the server.

IIRC all slots are keyed for 5V or universal cards.
