rp5470 - power supply

What kind of power cords I need for rp5470? I see it has nonstandard power outlets.

Also do I need PDU?
I'm based in Europe by the way.

Hi Andy,

even in europe we have very different power cords - especially the end that connects to the power outlet. Did you ever compare a power cord made for let's say germany or france to the english version?

I unfortunately never was in your country before (but it is not far away), so I don't know about electric cables in detail ...

Look at the attachement, the lower picture right hand side is showing the computer end side - the other side on this picture must be for US.

I just consulted some documentation - it seems I just need a C15 power cords.

I'm always confused by the different Cxx male/female types if I don't have a reference sheet with me. HP Computers need always different types, up to the big blue and red ones (3 phase).
But IMHO this is just only C15.

hi,

yes its a C15 connector to whatever you need at the other end? into the wall or pdu or UPS

you do not need a PDU, but can keep things neater if its in a rack
