Hello can someone help me and let me know where can I find the rp54xx_upgrades.pdf document. This document is to use before ugrade a rp5450 to rp5470.

It's probably located in the Authorized Service Provider Information section of

http://docs.hp.com/en/hw.html

so I guess you won't find it on the internet.
If you have a complete upgrade kit for the L2000 to L3000, the document should be included.

Thanks for the effort Torsten Totzauer, unable to find similar document in that link. The system board did not come with an upgrade kit.

As mentioned, the document is probably behind

http://docs.hp.com/en/hpauthorized/index.html

but it's "hpauthorized".
You will need a lot more parts than just a system board.

I remember at least a version 3 of this document, so your document may not be current.
