rp7400/N4000 End of Life Question

I'm running an N4000/RP7400 with 11.0 UX.. I know UX 11.00 will be end of support life 12/31/06. I am curious if someone can tell me when my N4000 / rp7400 end of support life occurs.. I will probably need to press the powers that be about this.. Thanks in advance.

Re: rp7400/N4000 End of Life Question

Hi,

All the details are here online:
http://www.hp.com/products1/unix/operating/public_hp-ux_systems_support.pdf

Date actually depends on the model:

31-Mar-06 (A3639A),
31-Jul-07 (A3639B),
31-Dec-08 (A3639C)

Rex,

You may want to bookmark this site - it gives end of support as well as other info on most of the HP servers

Re: rp7400/N4000 End of Life Question

Per the document above, these are Guaranteed minimum support dates (end of support).
End of sales was 25 April 03 for N4000 and Feb 2003 for rp7400.

We buy a support contract every year.. Looks like to the tune of about 30k a year.
