rp7410 crashes after QPK upgrade from 2003 to 2007
Hi,
my rp7410 hpux11iv1 is crashing after patch upgrade to any level from June 2003. i have tried upgrade to Dec 2004, June 2006, June 2007, June 2008..all the cases it panic during boot. Any clue from the message below ?

It seems your problem is:

cb021002 - assuming character device file. minor number.
i have tape drive with number 021000.
but nothing as 021002.

It was the tape drive problem, as guessed.
