rp7420 Shows HW Deconf
Hi
I have replaced the faulty memory with new one i get HW Deconf under BCH.I even enable it using the "DimmDealloc" command also cleared PDT tables.This is the o/p i get
Service Menu: Enter command > DimmDealloc 0

Memory Information for Cell: 0 Cab/Slot: 0/ 0

Good morning!!
First, I would power down, reseat the offending DIMM, and power up to PDC again, and check from there.

Also check that the memory is the same part # as the other memory in the system. Some systems are VERY 'part-particular'
