SolutionWe have three rp8400s but we've never seen that before. Of course, we don't have 875Mhz CPUs in them either.
Sounds like maybe a firmware issue, or maybe some setting in the GSP.
You didn't buy them from a guy who also sells used cars did you? ;)

It might be clcok setting problem ,check with HP to set the clock speed to 875 Mhz ,risc processor have the cababilty to downgrade the processor speed ,check print_manifest command to see the current speed
