rp8400 upgrade shows OSP and slave MP as 0.000

Hi

I upgraded an rp8400 firmware to the latest rev 6.5 that went with no errors.

after resetting the system, sysrev shows the following NOTE that OSP is now = 0.000:

Cabinet FPGA and Firmware revision report

If I try to redo OSP it fails with couldn't get OSP ID. is OSP Programmed

and the MP timesout, I assume due to the OSP.

Any suggestions?

Did you power cycle the server/npars ?

What version from you upgraded to 6.5?

Yes I power cycled the npar since the upgrade went with no errors.

going from 4.11 to 6.5

First upgrade PDHC FPGA followed by MP Firmware. Now manually powercycle the entire cabinet (By pulling out the power cables and not the "ru" or "re" commands). This should update the PDHC and MP firmwares. Now upgrade other softwares and do npar resets from MP.
