I am planning to shift some DIMM pairs from 9000/800/L2000-44 to 9000/800/L2000-36.
Will it be okay?
Another question is that I have read somewhere that the memory slot numbers 4a/b,5a/b..7a/b are disabled only 0a/b,1a/b,2a/b,3a/b are enabled. Is that true?
Thanks

Re: shifting memory modules between L-class
Hello,
Memory shifts works fine. Just make sure you put the highest first (0a 0b) and in pairs.
Also, the 4a 4b - 7a 7b are disabled on the L1000 only. They are enabled on the L2000.
HTH,
Vince
