tuffie - older Entria X Stations - C3230A / C3264A

I have a C3230A Entria X Station with the C3240A PCMCIA adapter installed and I was searching for the 4MB flash ROM memory card for that PCMCIA slot. I was able to find the HP part number to order it (B3667FA) but that info was from a 1996 ordering guide and I would assume that is not an orderable part anymore. I wanted to know if anyone knew the part number that was actually printed on the 4BM flash from cards for the C3230A Entria stations that you would get when you ordered the B3667FA package.

Hi,

it is true that B3667FA is not orderable.
Do you really need to boot your terminal with flash ROM? You can boot the terminal from NFS or TFTP server. The only thing you need is ENWARE software.

no, I actually need the 4MB flash ROM card that slides into the C3240A (C3240A=C3230-66503) PCMCIA slot in the rear of the C3230A Entria Station. The card is about the size of a credit card and about twice as thick as a credit card. I wanted to see if anyone knew what the part number was so I can try and find it on the used market.
