Re: upgrade rp 2405 a7121a to a7122a
Hi,
my information is that you can upgrade the the rp2405 bundle only to an rp2470, in your case that would be A7141 (single cpu rp2405 -> rp2470).
Regards,
Bernhard

Solution
Hi Stalin,
You can only upgrade the Model rp2405/1-way to an rp2470 (As correctly pointed out above)
To do this you need to order an Expansion Upgrade (P/N - A7141A) This upgrades an A7121A to an A6890A
Please Note: The above product provides an upgrade from an rp2405/1-way to an rp2470 system which increase capability as follows: Maximum Processors increases from 1 to 2 PA-8700, maximum memory increases from 2GB to 8GB.
To get the second CPU you need to order
1 x A6891A (650MHZ CPU)
And to get more RAM you need to order:
128 MB high density SyncDRAM memory module A5572A*
512 MB high-density SyncDRAM memory module A5840A*
1024 MB high-density SyncDRAM memory module A5841A*
2048 MB high-density SyncDRAM mempry module A6114A*
