that is i am not not using and i have not installed driver for

it is present as it is since the system installed

I found a document that explains all these kind of messages for an rp5400 family machine. http://docs.hp.com/hpux/pdf/A5191-96018.pdf
I do not know the model u have, could not find the identical message explained in this doc.
It gives an idea how to figure out the mesage in the chapter: Chassis Code to FRU Decode

The alert Level on this is only 2. Unless this message is appearing frequently (I only see twice, about 4-5 days ago.) I would not be concerned. If you have support, you could open up a HW call.
