HP SUM 6.2 Error: cannot parse the option: /b

I have a customer who is using this command: hpsum /b bp002081.xml and I got this message Error: cannot parse the option: /b. They used to be able to run the legacy command with the previous version 5, but according to the HPSUM 6.2 doc it should still work. Any suggestions?

Try adding the /s parameter into your command line.
