Onboard Administrator "Certificate Request" issue

Hi Guys,

 

As soon as I fill in the "Alternative Name" field in the "Certificate Request" tab of the Onboard Administrator 4.22, the system fails to create a CSR.

 

Is this a known issue & is there any patch I can apply ?
