Mapping Network Port - Blade System C3000

I have one BladeSystem C3000, and recently my network teaming stoped of work.

I´ll try change the port of mapping. For example: Before of trouble, I had Port 01(module 1) with interconection with POrt 1 (module

Below my question:

I need change the network Teaming to Port 12 (module 01) with interconection Port 12 (module2).

I would like to know if this is possible in Blade System C3000 and how to do?
