Upgrade from gbe2c to 1:10gb

Is it possible to upgrade a C7000 chassis from dual gbe2c switches to dual 1:10Gb switches without having to reboot the chassis or the servers? 

That is remove one of the gbe2c switches and replace it with a 10Gb switch, reconfigure then replace the other gbe2c?
