fiber selection for HP BLc VC 1Gb SX SFFP

Hi all,

For the SFPs of type HP BLc VC 1Gb SX SFFP what fibers can be selected.

i.e. are these compatible with 1310 nm  wavelength fibers?

An SX SFP is going to use Multimode fibre. OM1, 2 or 3.

 

If you put an SX SFP on Singlemode fibre, you should get a link light, but you won't have any kind of worthwhile connectivity.
