No specific license required. Just enable it in the ROM-based Setup Utility (RBSU) (System Options->NIC Personality Options), or, better, let Virtual Connect do it for you.

The question came up probably since our blade competitors DO charge license fees for different capabilities and options. Are you seeing this practice? Is is good?
