BL460C SD cards coming unseated

We recently installed a new C7000 w/ 16 BL460C-Gen9's.  We boot ESXi from micro-SD cards.  I had issues with 4 of the servers where the SD cards are coming unseated.  When rebooted, the servers will no come up.  I reseat the SD card and all is well.  These are HPE branded SD's.  Anyone seen this problem?  Wondering if maybe there was a batch of bad cards or the small circuit board where the SD slot is located.
