BL460c Gen8 Turbo Boost Setting

K. T. had a customer CPU setting question:

My customer is claiming that the BL460c Gen8 used to have an option for setting the Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology to “Optimized for Performance”.  Looking at the Current RBSU User Guide, it only has the “Enabled/Disabled” option, not “Optimized for Performance”.  Does anyone know if we ever had this option?  I can’t seem to find an older version of the RBSU User Guide to verify.
