BL460c no video on screen via ilo or via kvm

I can't access via iLO2 or the dongle you plug into the front of the blades(SUVcable?).  I have updated to latest iLO firmware, latest management firmware, but still nothing. I can get to the web administration part of iLO, but not the remote console.  Web admin settings match the working servers as best I can stare and compare but still the 3 blades don't work.  I tried removing the battery to reset the BIOS and NVRAM or whatever, but that didn't make any difference.  I also tried the motherboard switch to reset to defult setttings but again, no change in viewing.  Any ideas on how I can get the remote console or anything working so see what's going on with these blades?
