BL460c not recognizing SD flash chips

I have purchased two of these HP 4GB SD cards, however the server bios doesn't recongnize they are present. Nor did the smart start CD when it was asking which OS and where.

it is only the insight manager software which does not recognize the SD cards, if you run an install of esx you will see that it recognizes the chips.
