BL620c G7 reboot/reset causes power off

We have a couple of G7 blades, no matter what the OS is loaded, if you hit the reset button on the ILO/OA the server powers off and doesn't power back on until you hit the virtual power button again.

We have also noticed that if you issue the "reboot' command from Linux OS it will cause the same issue. This is very incovenient as you imagine. we had the servers visited by Field Engineers and got they system boards replaced without result..

Any ideas ?
