Bl260 Qlogic mezzazine slot mapping

We have 2 mezzazine card in c7000 on bay 3,4. Is any option to change mezzazine port on bl260 to use  san switch from bay 3,4 not 5,6 (empty)? On chasis we have few bl260 and bl460. BL460 use properly SAN switch from bay 3,4 - bl260 not:(
