Is it possible to use an Intel Xeon chip from a bl460c G6 in a bl460c G5 blade?

You can if it is listed in the quickspecs of the bl460c g5.

No, the G6 uses a completely different socket than the G5.
G5 was from the same family as Core 2 Duo, later models codenamed Penryn.
G6 coincided with the launch of Nehalem (Core iX family)
