As far as I know, ESXi5.0 is supported for iSCSI boot,

Do you have any information for RHEL5.6 supported or not?

RHEL 5.5 began support for the Emulex BE2 and BE3 chipsets.  The be2net driver is included inbox with RHEL 5.6, but I’m not 100% sure if the be2iscsi driver is as well.  I just verified RHEL 5.7 has the 4.0.100r be2iscsi driver, so it should be inbox with RHEL 5.6.
