Flex 10 and Nexus 5010

Hello to all! im trying to interconnect a C7000 with 2 flex 10 10G and nexus 5010 but I only have connectivity when i set the nics to 1 giga and to 10 gigas the cup of transference in less than 800kbps, somebody knows the possible solution to this? im triing too connect onli one optical fiber and its the same result thanks and good day
