HP BL460c G6 SCSI Error Running Solaris 5 U9

I have a HP BL460c G6 running Oracle Solaris 9 U5 with hostname Node1. Lately, I am seeing what appears to be scsi errors on the logs.

It looks like hard drive error. Please check your drives. Are You sure about the server modell/generation?

hi, correct model is a BL680c G5. 

Replaced drive, all error gone.
