HP NIC Teaming

Proliant BL460c G6
Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise x32
HP NC532i Dual Port 10GbE Multifunction BL-c Adapter
When I team the NIC using HP Network Configuration Utility I can't telnet to port 1521 on another server. If I break the team, then telnet works. What is causing Telnet to stop working when the NIC's are teamed?

do you have any other symptoms? DHCP issues, telnet to other devices? or this this the only issue?
