HP SUM And HP Sum reports different SAS disks
Server Model: BL460c G6.
Smart Array P410i (Firmware 5.12)
Systems management homepage reports model as EH0072FARUA
PSP Tries to install the below driver
Source: cp018538.exe
Name: Online ROM Flash Component for Windows - EH0072FARUA and EH0146FARUB drives
New Version: HPD9
This fails stating the required hardware is not installed.
HP SUM reports the below (different model).
Source: cp019240.exe
Name: Online ROM Flash Component for Windows - DH0072FAQRD, DH0146FAQRE,
EH0146FAWJB and EH0072FAWJA Drives
New Version: HPDJ
If I try and install cp019240 I get the same message that the required hardware is not installed.
Any ideas fellow IT people :)
